30 Day Shred

Okay so now I need to lose that baby weight. Thankfully I weigh less right now than I did before I got pregnant, but I was about 15 lbs over weight at that point. So I still need to lose 10-15 lbs and need to tone up a lot. I am very out of shape and have like no endurance.

So I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. It is only 10 dollars at walmart or you can watch it for free on youtube. You are suppose to be able to lose 20lbs in 30 days. You do it everyday (it is only 20 minutes long), and there are 3 levels. You do level one for 10 days, level two for 10 days, and level three for 10 days.

I have looked at a lot of results on the internet and it seems like most people don't lose a ton of weight but lose a ton of inches, and gain a lot of muscle and endurance. Which is fine with me. As long as my clothes fit better I don't care about the number on the scale. I am hoping to lose about 5lbs a month. Which I def think I can do with this program. I am going to track my results and whether I exercise each day on here. (So give me crap if I skip a day k?!?)
