Okay it has been a while since I have posted. Just been busy with everything. I didnt finish the shred, I did 15 days. In the 15 days I lost 8 lbs and 7 inches. Lately I have been doing Zuzana Light's workouts on bodyrock.tv. I love them, they are short and different each time. So now I have lost 17.25 inches and 11 lbs. I am 20lbs smaller than when I got pregnant with Ali so that is great. But I still have a long way to go. I want to be really fit, not skinny but athletic looking.
Ali is 3 months old now, she is really cute. She has started putting weight on her legs and she coos and smiles a lot. She is still colicky but it isn't as bad. She doesn't stay up till 5 am often anymore, it is usually around 12 or 2am. Anya is doing really good with her. She is constantly touching and playing with her, I am always having to tell her to stop and she says, "But she is just sooo cute".
We are trying to save up money to move to Phoenix in the summer for college but haven't managed to save much yet. We were suppose to go about now but had to push it back a little.
I haven't made any crafts lately. Ali keeps me pretty busy or at least keeps my hands full. But hopefully I will get in a bunch this winter and sell them at the fair next summer. : )

Day 10
I did the shred today, I just used my lap top since the tv was being used. And I guess my internet connection was running really slow because it just kept skipping. But I managed to do the whole thing from memory. Thats about right huh, I learn it as soon as I move on to level 2. It was getting easier too. Im sure that level two will kick my butt though.
Oh it is also my 7 year anniversary. It isnt our wedding anniversary it is when we started dating. We have been married for 3 years. Man time flies. I am a very lucky girl. Thomas is a wonderful husband and father.

Day 9
I did the shred, it is getting easier. I really pushed myself on the lunges and the but kicks. I didnt stop during the workout. I didnt do my crunches today though. I had to workout after Tom and Anya went to sleep but I still had the baby. My mother watched her during most of the shred but had to leave during the end. But Ali didnt want me to put her down. Day 9 down.

Day 8
Today we went to the lake with some friends. It was a lot of fun and I can tell you I was in desperate need of some sun. I look like I could be in a twilight movie. I got a little hiking in, the hills are steep and sandy. I wan planning on having my high calorie day yesterday since I have one a week. But somehow I managed to stay under even with the BBQ at the lake. So I am going to have it today. I also did the shred and the 50 extra crunches. And on the shred I didnt have to modify the butt kicks :) The lake was nice though I needed some time outside the house! Oh I have been doing horrible with drinking enough water...

Day 6
Today is the first day I have done the shred all the way through without stopping! Yay, I am so excited. I am getting stronger. I am a little nervous that I only have 4 days left of level one and then I have to move on. I have heard level 2 is the hardest. We will see. I also did the Ab Circle Pro (which I love, and hope works...) today. My weight loss challenge group (Shreddin' Sisters) sets up additional challenges each week, and this week is 50 crunches on top of your normal workouts. So I did that today too. I didn't do that yesterday though, it seemed like everything was against me yesterday. But at least I managed to do the shred and the ab circle. I have still been sticking to my calorie restrictions so that is good. But def haven't been drink 8 glasses of water, I will have to work on that.

Wow I really didnt feel like exercising today. I did it anyway though. I did pretty good, getting a little easier each day. Wasnt sore at all today. I like that it gives me a little energy.

Day 3
Wow today was hard. I am not as sore but I just did not have very much energy. But I didnt have to stop as many times! I also joined a weight loss challenge on cafe mom. It is 5 weeks long and my group is competeing with two other groups. So hopefully that will help me stay on track. : )

Day 2
I am sooo sore from yesterday! My thighs are killing me. But I still did it. It seemed a little easier, I don't know if it was because I knew what to expect or what. I still stopped a few times though. I wasn't quite as worn out afterwords. Still feeling like I can do it but I am scared to see what level 2 looks like!!

Day 1
Okay so I went out and bought 3lbs hand weights, put on my tennis shoes, and started the dvd. I think Jillian is very inspiring and helpful. She isn't annoying like a lot of the instructors on workout dvds. But man it is hard, I am so out of shape! It is only 20 min and I tried to push myself as hard as I could but I still had to stop a few times and I was doing the modified moves. But I did it and I am proud that I did!

30 Day Shred
Okay so now I need to lose that baby weight. Thankfully I weigh less right now than I did before I got pregnant, but I was about 15 lbs over weight at that point. So I still need to lose 10-15 lbs and need to tone up a lot. I am very out of shape and have like no endurance.
So I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. It is only 10 dollars at walmart or you can watch it for free on youtube. You are suppose to be able to lose 20lbs in 30 days. You do it everyday (it is only 20 minutes long), and there are 3 levels. You do level one for 10 days, level two for 10 days, and level three for 10 days.
I have looked at a lot of results on the internet and it seems like most people don't lose a ton of weight but lose a ton of inches, and gain a lot of muscle and endurance. Which is fine with me. As long as my clothes fit better I don't care about the number on the scale. I am hoping to lose about 5lbs a month. Which I def think I can do with this program. I am going to track my results and whether I exercise each day on here. (So give me crap if I skip a day k?!?)
